Introduction

This document provides the information necessary to edit, create, and validate the National Data Files used in the game. There is a lot of information in this document and users are urged to start small and work up to new data files.

All data provided by On Target Simulations LTD is gathered from unclassified, open sources and best-guess estimations from our team. Do not use information or data from sensitive or classified military sources in your mods.
